Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Supervisory Paralegal - Litigation Support to lead a team of paralegals on high-visibility DOJ matters, overseeing intake, discovery, and trial support. You will guide complex research and ensure timely delivery of work under tight deadlines.

You will work with Relativity, Casemap, Oncue and other eDiscovery tools, mentor staff, and coordinate with government clients and attorneys to safeguard case integrity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or JD or enrolled in ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial support.
• 1+ years of automated litigation support experience.
• Supervisory experience with ability to interact with clients and attorneys.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise paralegal and support staff on major projects.
• Ensure work meets contract and attorney requirements and is delivered on time.
• Interact with DOJ COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys and client staff.
• Perform complex legal and factual research and support investigations with Relativity and related tools.
• Design procedures for tracking case files and manage evidence and exhibits.
