Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Paralegal in Washington, DC to support the Department of Justice’s National Fraud Enforcement Division. This role focuses on litigation support, case materials review, indexing, and discovery tasks with travel up to 50% for trial preparation.

Qualified candidates have a paralegal certificate or JD (or are in ABA-accredited law school), at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, and hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity,

Qualifications

Paralegal certificate, JD or currently attending ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study.
Two years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience is a plus.
Experience in automated litigation support and eDiscovery tools; strong written and oral communication.
Familiarity with federal/state courts and legal research (Lexis/Westlaw).

Responsibilities

Perform detailed reviews and indexing of case materials and discovery items.
Prepare witnesses, exhibits and evidence binders; assist with trial preparation.
Lead a team of legal professionals as needed.
Use Relativity, Casemap and Oncue to support investigations and discovery.
Communicate with DOJ components and other agencies during investigations and litigation.
Summarize depositions and transcripts; track case files and document discovery.
Assist with discovery production and document review tasks.
