Job summary

CAC I International Inc. seeks a Supervisory Paralegal in Washington, DC to lead litigation support for high‑visibility DOJ matters. You will manage paralegal staff, coordinate with COR and trial teams, and oversee document review using Relativity, Casemap, Oncue, and other platforms.

The role requires 3+ years of litigation experience, supervisory and leadership skills, and strong research and communication abilities. This is a full‑time position offering growth, training, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or JD or ABA‑accredited law school study or equivalent.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial work.
• 1+ years in automated litigation support and eDiscovery platforms.
• Supervisory experience and strong client/attorney interaction skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state court procedures and research tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient in document review tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paralegal work meets contract and attorney requirements and is delivered on time.
• Interact with DOJ COR, case managers, trial attorneys, and client staff.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control spot checks.
• Formulate administrative and technical procedures for workflow.
• Report to Project Supervisor or Project Manager and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform complex legal and factual research.
• Design systems for tracking case files, exhibits, and materials.
• Utilize eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Casemap, and Oncue for investigations.
• Assist trial staff with coordinating with expert witnesses and consultants.
• Arrange access to DOJ libraries and legal research facilities.
• Coordinate with data processing and other contractor support teams.
