Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Paralegal to support the Department of Justice’s mission in a litigation support role. You’ll assist in discovery, prepare for trials, and manage case materials in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

The position emphasizes experience with eDiscovery, ESI, and document management, with tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications and related qualifications. DOJ MBI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or a four-year college degree.
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience or related project experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware.
• Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling electronically stored information (ESI).
• DOJ MBI eligibility (US Citizenship) is required.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, prepares, and summarizes materials for discovery and motions.
• Summarizes depositions and maintains case files.
• Performs simple legal research.
• Indexes and tracks document discovery and exhibits.
• Assists attorneys in courtroom.
• Reviews documents for relevance and privilege.
