Job summary

CACI International invites applications for the Senior Paralegal (USAO) role to support the US Attorney’s Office mission. The position involves litigation support, document management, and preparation of motions and briefs for trial timelines.

Ideal candidates bring paralegal certification or JD, with 2+ years of litigation experience and familiarity with Relativity, LEXIS/Westlaw, and eDiscovery workflows. DOJ MBI clearance is required, with remote travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, JD, or active ABA‑accredited law school status with at least one year of study.
• At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, including 1 year in automated litigation support.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in discovery, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Summarize depositions and transcripts and manage case files.
• Index and track documents and exhibits for depositions and trials.
• Support attorneys in the courtroom and with eDiscovery tasks.
