Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, JD, or current ABA-accredited law school enrollment with at least one year of study; equivalent training/experience acceptable.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal or related project experience.
• Experience with automated litigation support and strong knowledge of federal/state court procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation support databases and case management systems.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with minimal supervision.
• Lead discovery and witness preparation efforts.
• Coordinate discovery, including document review and production.
• Conduct legal research and maintain litigation files.
• Support trial preparation and assist attorneys through all phases of litigation.
