Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Senior Production Associate – Complete Assembly for Panelboard assembly in Sumter, SC. The role supports material allocation, assembly, inspection and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment while upholding Eaton’s quality standards.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience, and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Sumter facility (50 mile radius) will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all products and parts meet Eaton’s quality guidelines as they move through production.
• Carry out work assignments from management to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Follow safety and 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate with team members to understand customer needs and product requirements.
• Exhibit analytical and problem solving skills to resolve production obstacles or delays.
