Job summary

Eaton is looking for a Panelboard Sr Associate in Sumter, SC to support their Commercial Products and Assemblies division. The candidate will provide leadership in absence of the Team Leader, ensuring productivity and quality metrics are met. Key responsibilities include managing customer orders and assisting in production needs.

Eligible candidates will have at least 1 year of assembly experience, basic computer skills, and be authorized to work in the US. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.25 and a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year assembly experience.
• Working knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Experience operating hand tools and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contributor in the absence of the Team Leader.
• Support outbound shipments of components and products.
• Assist in ensuring timely execution of customer orders.
