Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Production Associate for Complete Assembly in Panelboard Assembly at its Sumter, SC facility. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 3pm–1am. The role involves materials allocation, assembly, inspection and shipping to meet on-time orders while upholding Eaton quality standards.

You will work with a team, follow 5S and safety rules, perform quality checks and engage in Lean initiatives. Candidates should have 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience and be legally allowed to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year manufacturing/operations experience.
• 1 year assembly experience.
• Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to learn crane operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing expertise in panelboard assembly including material allocation, assembly, inspection, and shipping.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and perform quality checks.
• Follow safety and 5S standards and maintain clean work area.
• Receive work assignments and coordinate with teams to fulfill orders.
