Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Panelboard Production Associate for the B-shift (3:00pm–1:00am). You will assemble switchboards/panelboards from drawings, utilize hand and power tools, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Team collaboration and proactive issue identification are essential.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship. The Sumter facility requires residence within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Sumter facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards/panelboards using hand and power tools per drawings/diagrams.
• Follow safety, quality and productivity goals; perform 5S duties.
• Identify missing components and communicate shortages; complete root-cause analysis for quality issues.
