Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will guide client conversations, write copy and VSL scripts, and optimize funnels from strategy through execution.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high show rates, strong retention, and measurable improvements in lead generation and appointments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward defined performance targets and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, messaging, and creative; manage budgets and bids.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues.
