Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client conversations, craft direct-response copy, and direct video sales letter scripts with an emphasis on high-value appointments. The role requires hands-on campaign management, tracking setup, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize funnels and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and VSL scripting abilities.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Proven ability to test and optimize funnels across audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and drive retention and renewals.
• Build campaigns on Meta, manage budgets, audiences, and testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts; collaborate with editors.
• Set up tracking, integrate Calendly and Zapier, and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive funnel performance improvements through testing across variables.
