Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to own day-to-day paid social planning, activation, optimization and measurement across an assigned portfolio. You will translate strategy into audience, budget, bid, placement and creative decisions while independently managing performance within approved investment and measurement standards.

You will apply deep paid social expertise with ABM, CRM processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related area.
• 4+ years experience running paid social campaigns in-house or at an agency.
• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and at least one other social ads manager.
• Comfort with daily optimization and reading performance data.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid social campaigns end to end.
• Manage delivery, pacing, frequency and performance for an assigned portfolio.
• Resolve complex campaign or measurement problems and document decisions.
• Lead paid social creative testing calendar and translate results into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative on social-native assets and platform specs.
• Build and govern audience segments for ABM to improve relevance.
• Maintain campaign measurement integrity and UTMs.
• Deliver weekly performance narratives and actionable next steps.
• Suggest process improvements and share best practices.
