Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Media Buyer to own and optimize paid social campaigns. You’ll translate strategy into audiences, bids, placements and creatives, and manage end-to-end delivery across an assigned portfolio.

Expect to lead testing calendars, collaborate with Creative and ABM programs, and ensure measurement integrity with CRM links and UTMs. A strong, data-driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area.
• 4+ years experience running paid social campaigns, B2B preferred.
• Comfort with daily optimization and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Independently build, launch and manage paid social campaigns end to end.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, frequency and performance; adjust as needed.
• Lead paid social creative testing and translate results into actions.
• Coordinate with ABM and CRM for measurement and audience strategy.
• Deliver weekly performance narratives linking results to business outcomes.
