Job summary

Lumen, a trusted network for AI-powered connectivity, seeks an experienced media strategist to own paid media across search, social, and ABM platforms. You will manage a seven-figure portfolio and coordinate across Google, LinkedIn, Demandbase, and other channels to optimize audience targeting, sequencing, and spend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience buying B2B paid media with seven-figure budgets.
• Proven mastery of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Demandbase or similar ABM platform experience required.
• Strong analytical skills; able to explain performance drivers using data.
• Comfort working through a long, consultative B2B sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise approach for paid search, paid social and ABM media.
• Own architecture and performance of a seven-figure annual media portfolio across channels.
• Integrate audiences, targeting, sequencing, frequency and budget across platforms.
• Exercise independent judgment on pacing and reallocation; balance short-term signals with downstream proof.
• Diagnose and resolve high-complexity performance or measurement issues.
• Anticipate platform changes and advise on portfolio or process improvements.
• Establish governance for account structure, taxonomy, and keyword hygiene.
• Lead experimentation roadmap across bidding, audiences, offers, creative, and landing experiences.
• Advise senior marketing on media effectiveness and investment scenarios.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve media effectiveness and measurement.
• Own platform and vendor relationships; influence roadmaps and service levels.
• Serve as escalation point for paid media and elevate capability across marketing.
