829 Studios is a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to own and optimize campaigns for enterprise clients. You will strategize, implement, and monitor paid advertising programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

You'll mentor junior colleagues, potentially manage direct reports, and help shape department processes. The role blends hands-on analytics with client leadership in a fast-growing agency environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot Analytics.
• Experience with landing page optimization and pixel/conversion tracking.
• Experience with reporting tools like Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks.
• Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness related to goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff docs to rolling reporting.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executives, tailoring for levels.
• Serve as a technical resource across departments.
• Suggest and implement departmental process improvements.
• Onboard, coach, and supervise junior team members.
