829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage enterprise client campaigns and coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts. You will mentor junior staff and potentially manage direct reports over time.

This senior role emphasizes proactive communication, deep analytics, and strategic leadership across paid media, with opportunities to influence processes and drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong command of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Solid analytics experience with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Understanding of landing page optimization practices.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com for project work.
• Experience pixeling/conversion tracking via GTM or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools like Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff docs to rolling reports.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams during engagements.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client points of contact and executive boards; tailor to audience.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Propose and implement department process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and supervise junior reports if interested.
