829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, designing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic decisions that drive client success.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Thorough understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar).
• Knowledge of landing page best practices and optimization.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com for PM.
• Experience with pixel/conversion tracking via GTM.
• Experience with reporting tools (Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness related to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Regularly update clients on status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Develop projections and forecasting for client executives early and continuously.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executive teams, tailoring to different levels.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Suggest departmental process improvements and participate in hiring.
• Onboard, coach, and supervise junior reports if interested.
