829 Studios in Boston is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll mentor junior colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and present insights to client stakeholders. Remote work is available with an option to work from the Boston office.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Thorough understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools similar to Google Analytics or Hubspot Analytics.
• Knowledge of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
• Experience with attribution and pixel/conversion tracking.
• Experience with reporting platforms like Data Studio, NinjaCat or TapClicks.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on status of initiatives and deliverables.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to reporting.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams.
• Advise on best ways to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executives, tailoring to audience level.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Suggest and implement process improvements in the department.
• Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding of junior staff.
