829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Lead Paid Search Strategist to own and optimize campaigns for enterprise clients. You will mentor peers, coordinate across marketing disciplines, and present results to client leaders, balancing data-driven insights with creative strategy.

This senior role requires 6–8 years in paid ads, deep Google/Facebook Ads expertise, and strong communication. Remote work options include VA and other states; salary range reflects seniority.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns concurrently.

Responsabilités

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Develop projections and forecasting for client executives.
• Advise on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client points of contact and executives, tailoring to levels.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and hiring processes.
• Onboard, coach, and supervise junior reports when applicable.
