Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, optimizing campaigns across paid search platforms and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role is senior, client-facing, and offers opportunities to mentor colleagues and potentially manage direct reports.

The position supports remote work with the option to work from our Boston office, and includes comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on data-driven, strategic advertising leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, or similar.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Remote Workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and campaigns across paid search and related channels.
• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns.
• Update clients regularly on status of digital initiatives and deliverables.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements andMentor junior colleagues.
