829 Studios in Boston seeks a Lead Paid Search Strategist to lead enterprise client campaigns, driving strategy, performance, and reporting. You will collaborate across marketing disciplines and mentor junior teammates, with potential to manage direct reports as the team grows.

You’ll work in a senior, client-facing role focused on proactive communication, data-driven optimization, and strategic guidance that aligns with client business goals.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficient with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Slides/Docs.
• Experienced with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Understanding landing page optimization best practices.
• Experience with PM tools: ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling/conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with reporting tools: Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relative to goals, conversions, and events.
• Regularly update clients on status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Develop projections and forecasting for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executives, tailoring to audience level.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Suggest and implement departmental process improvements.
• Participate in candidate interviews and hiring process; mentor juniors.
