Job summary

829 Studios seeks a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to lead enterprise digital advertising campaigns and client relationships within the Marketing Services group. You will strategize, optimize, and report on paid media initiatives for a portfolio of major clients.

You will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to cross-team projects, and help shape best practices while driving measurable business outcomes. Boston-based or remote in eligible states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of paid advertising program management experience.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Deep knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization techniques.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com for project management.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat or TapClicks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and manage multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness for goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to reporting.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executive teams; tailor to audience.
• Serve as a technical resource across departments and peers.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements and hiring.
• Onboard, coach, and supervise junior staff if needed.
