Job summary

Monks in New York is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Paid Search to drive KPI improvements and tailor cutting-edge strategies for client goals. You will develop and execute paid search strategies, manage campaigns across Google and Bing, and guide client relationships from onboarding through quarterly reviews.

You will analyze performance data, optimize keywords and ad copy, and present insights with strong storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct paid search client management, strategy, and execution
• Strong data analysis and proficiency with Excel/Sheets
• Performance Max experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for B2B, lead generation, and ecommerce clients
• Lead paid search efforts for small to enterprise clients
• Define, monitor and analyze KPIs; develop short and long-term strategies
• Communicate performance results and recommendations to clients and secure buy-in
• Create client-facing presentations and quarterly business reviews
• Delegate tasks to junior team members and guide the team
• Stay updated on SEM trends and contribute to internal discussions
