Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr. Account Manager, Paid Search to drive KPI improvements and tailor cutting-edge strategies for diverse client goals. You will own strategy development, tactical execution, and client relationship management across B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce accounts.

You will lead campaigns on Google and Bing, analyze performance, test optimizations, and present clear, compelling results. A 4-year degree and strong Excel skills are expected, with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Direct paid search client management experience including strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
• Strong numeric focus with ability to analyze data using spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work output.
• Experience with Performance Max is required.
• Hands-on experience with product feeds and shopping campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce clients.
• Lead paid search efforts on small clients and support larger accounts as needed.
• Define, monitor, and analyze trends in client KPIs.
• Develop short and long-term paid search strategies based on goals.
• Test keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign types to drive results.
• Communicate performance and recommendations clearly to clients and secure buy-in.
• Create client-facing slides and quarterly business reviews with insights and opportunities.
• Delegate tasks to junior team members with clear direction and feedback.
• Stay current on SEM industry trends and participate in team knowledge-sharing.
