Job summary

Monks is hiring a Sr. Account Manager, Paid Search to drive KPI improvements and tailor strategies for client goals. You will manage strategy, execution, and client relationships across Google and Bing campaigns for B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce clients.

You will lead on small-spend partners and support larger accounts, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and quarterly reviews. This hybrid role requires collaboration and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct paid search client management including strategy development and execution.
• Passion for crunching numbers, data analysis and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in work.
• Performance Max experience is a must.
• Product feed management and shopping experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take on clients in month 1 and build & optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce clients.
• Lead paid search on small-spend clients and support medium to enterprise accounts.
• Define, monitor and analyze trends in client KPIs.
• Develop short and long-term paid search strategy based on client goals.
• Test keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign types to drive results.
• Create slides with design and storytelling for clients; present quarterly business reviews.
• Delegate work to junior team members and provide clear direction and feedback.
• Stay current on SEM trends and contribute to internal SEM discussions.
