Job summary

Monks is hiring a Sr. Account Manager, Paid Search to drive KPI improvements and craft cutting-edge strategies aligned with client goals. You will build and optimize Google and Bing campaigns for a mixed roster of B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce clients, while leading a team and presenting insights to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI monitoring, and ongoing optimization, with a focus on collaboration and proactive problem solving in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
• Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Excel/Google sheet spreadsheets.
• Possess high attention to detail and be able to execute with a high degree of accuracy.
• Performance Max experience is a must.
• Hands-on product feed management and shopping experience a plus.
• You are a communication guru both on calls and through written communication.
• 'Driven' and 'Innovative' are attributes commonly associated with you.
• You are proactive & willing to raise your hand to support your team members.
• Highly collaborative & works well with a team.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.
• Take on clients in month 1 and build & optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for B2B, lead gen, or ecommerce clients.
• Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients' KPIs.
• Develop short & long term paid search strategy based on client goals.
• Test and analyze keywords, ad copy, landing pages, campaign types and positioning.
• Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients clearly.
• Create slides with design and storytelling for clients and quarterly reviews.
• Delegate work to junior team members and provide direction and feedback.
• Stay current on SEM industry trends and participate in monthly meetings and trainings.
