Job summary

Monks is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Search to lead a team of Senior Managers and Analysts within the Account Services group. You will oversee day-to-day work, develop talent, and directly manage paid search for 1-3 large client relationships, shaping strategy and ensuring flawless execution across Google and Microsoft Ads.

A passion for data, a deep understanding of paid search channels, and a collaborative leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency Google advertising experience
• Managed B2B and B2C campaigns
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills
• Proven leadership and client-facing communication

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Paid Search Senior Managers, Account Managers, and Analysts
• Develop and oversee paid search strategy for 1-3 large clients
• Ensure KPI improvements and client ROI through optimization
• Conduct weekly account reviews and provide guidance to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client programs
