Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Performance Marketing in Little Rock to own and optimize paid search programs across major platforms. You will lead a team and partners, transform data into actionable optimization ideas, and drive enrollments and efficiency through testing and AI-enabled bidding.

Reporting to the Principal, Performance Marketing, you will coordinate with Analytics, Enrollment, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable growth and measurable ROI.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search (SEM) campaigns.
• Expert-level experience with Google Ads and SA360; Microsoft Ads experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, attribution, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Own Paid Search programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and other search platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to drive product adoption, student applications and enrollments while meeting cost efficiency goals.
• Lead testing roadmap, AI-enabled bidding, and platform best practices to improve performance.
• Manage internal SMEs and paid media agency to ensure flawless campaign execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Enrollment, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to align strategy with business goals.
