Job summary

Digital Remedy is seeking a Sr. Paid Search Strategist to drive performance for clients through Google, Bing, and YouTube campaigns. This role thrives on proactive communication, solution orientation, and staying current with search trends.

Remote position with availability for Mountain Standard Time business hours. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in paid search at an agency, Google/Bing/YouTube certifications, and strong data-analysis skills with Excel.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
4+ years experience at a digital marketing agency.
Google Certifications – Ads & YouTube/Video.
Strong expertise in conversion tracking setup (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads).
Subject matter expert in best practices, market trends, pulling competitive insights, cross-channel digital marketing touchpoints, and reacting to changes in the industry.

Responsibilities

Optimize toward account KPIs and goals (conversions, CPCs, CTR, Conv Rate) to increase ROI.
Update and align paid search strategies with best practices.
Build paid search campaigns across diverse industries (structure, copy, keywords).
Communicate strategic plans to client teams to improve performance.
Collaborate with paid search, account management, and internal teams to drive innovation.
Pull reports and provide campaign recommendations for managers.
Assist the Paid Media Manager and Sr. Director with process documentation.
Foster relationships with vendor partners including Google.
