Digital Remedy is seeking a Sr. Paid Search Strategist to drive performance for client campaigns across Google, Bing, and YouTube. The role invites proactive communication, solution orientation, and a deep expertise in paid search within a fast-paced agency setting.

The position is remote with availability to work Mountain Standard Time business hours. Candidates should bring 4+ years of Google/Bing/YouTube ads experience and agency background for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
• 4+ years experience at a digital marketing agency.
• Google Certifications – Ads & YouTube/Video.
• Strong expertise in conversion tracking setup (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads)

Responsibilities

• Optimize towards account KPIs and ROI for clients and partners.
• Update paid search strategies with new best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
• Build paid search campaigns across industries with proper structure, copy, and keywords.
• Communicate and propose strategic plans to client teams to improve performance.
• Collaborate with paid search, account management, and internal teams to drive innovation.
• Pull reports and provide campaign recommendations for internal managers.
• Assist the Paid Media Manager and Sr. Director of Paid Media with process documentation.
• Foster relationships with vendor partners including Google.
