BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist for a remote role focused on driving client performance across Google and Bing. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns while collaborating with teams and providing clear reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in paid search within a fast-paced environment, strong communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing digital media landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment.
• Hands-on experience building and managing paid search campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Paid Search Management in Google & Bing Platforms as well as through our proprietary tool: Deep Search.
• Target & Budget Management: manage budgets and campaign targets to meet client goals and adjust as needed.
• Campaign Structure: manage structure, test new setups, ensure proper targeting and promotions.
• Reporting & Analysis: produce client-facing reports and interpret performance trends.
• Strategy & Innovation: lead paid search strategy, test roadmaps, and optimization ideas.
• Communication & Storytelling: maintain client relationships and clearly convey performance results.
