829 Studios seeks a Senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, deliver client reports, and optimize performance while mentoring junior staff.

This remote-friendly role offers opportunities to oversee strategic initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and potentially manage direct reports as the team grows.

Qualifications

A minimum of 6-8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.

Responsibilities

Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
Serve as a technical resource to other departments, committees, and your peers.
Conceptualize, vocalize, and implement departmental process improvements.
Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and multiple campaigns across channels.
Mentor and coach junior colleagues and potentially manage direct reports over time.
