Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
• Hands-on experience building and managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and written/verbal updates.

Responsibilities

• Paid Search Management in Google & Bing, including our Deep Search tool.
• Manage budgets and targets; adjust to meet client goals and communicate performance.
• Create and optimize campaign structures, keywords, and ad copy to maximize ROI.
• Own regular and ad hoc client reporting across Deep Search, Google Ads, MS Ads, and other tools.
• Lead strategy planning, testing roadmaps, and campaign optimization.
• Build client relationships and clearly communicate performance trends and insights.
