Darkroom is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to lead performance-driven search campaigns across Google, YouTube, Bing, and emerging AI platforms. You’ll own strategy, build campaigns, optimize performance, and report results while collaborating with creative, analytics, and brand teams to scale high-growth consumer brands.

Ideal candidates obsess over Paid Search, understand buying behavior, and have a track record scaling accounts to multimillion-dollar monthly spends.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years minimum paid media experience in Paid Search, with strong Google expertise.
• 3+ years minimum managing paid search for consumer clients with $400k+ monthly spend.
• Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing ad copy and short-form video creative.
• Experience with paid social ads and cross-channel creative consultation.
• Forecast budgets/spend projections linked to results and forecasting accuracy.
• Experience with core ecommerce revenue drivers and KPI reporting (CPA, CAC, iROAS, CPM).

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies focused on Paid Search to drive new user acquisition and leads.
• Conduct brand and website audits to understand value propositions and market positioning.
• Develop innovative paid search strategies blending traditional search, YouTube, and AI search platforms.
• Manage multiple Paid Media accounts (Google, YouTube, Bing, AI platforms) with monthly spend ranging from $20,000 to $3M.
• Produce insights via Platform Ad Managers, third-party tools, and AI to drive month-over-month revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, CAC, iROAS, MER, CTR, CPM) and adjust bids and budgets accordingly.
• Conduct quarterly strategic planning for clientele based on metrics and YoY performance.
• Perform competitor research and align campaigns with client brand identity and growth goals.
• Understand full-funnel marketing to ensure healthy new customer acquisition across ecommerce channels.
