Darkroom is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Search to lead a high-performing Paid Search practice across a portfolio of U.S. brands.

You will architect full-funnel search strategies across Google, YouTube, Bing, and emerging AI search, while mentoring a team of practitioners and serving as a trusted advisor to senior clients. You will partner with Creative, Analytics, Brand, and Strategy teams, shaping strategy, performance, and growth, and you will report to the Managing Director of the

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid media advertising experience, with at least 5+ years specializing in Paid Search and Google in particular.
• 5+ years managing paid search for high-growth consumer brands with monthly spends of $1M+
• Proven track record of scaling Google ad accounts beyond $1M USD/month while maintaining efficiency

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the overarching paid search strategy across a portfolio of high-growth U.S. brands.
• Present quarterly business reviews and growth roadmaps to CMOs and marketing leaders.
• Define team OKRs, capacity planning, and service delivery standards for Paid Search.
• Lead the development of annual and quarterly paid search plans with budget allocation and channel mix.
• Oversee architecture, bidding strategy, optimization frameworks, and testing for key paid media accounts.
