Directive Consulting is seeking a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Media, to lead client-paid media programs for B2B tech and SaaS brands. You’ll manage multiple mid-market and enterprise accounts, craft data-driven strategies, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

This remote-first role in the US offers a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility. You will optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to maximize

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with major advertising platforms (Google/Facebook/LinkedIn).
• Strong PPC fundamentals and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to build and optimize strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure quality deliverables across channels.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
