Job summary

Seeking.com, the world's largest premium dating platform, seeks a Paid Media Specialist or Sr. Paid Media Specialist to own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

This hands-on role reports to the Director of Growth & Lifecycle Marketing and partners with Creative, Data & Analytics, Product, and Lifecycle teams. You will build campaigns, optimize spend, and manage large monthly budgets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid media experience planning, buying, and managing full-funnel campaigns across paid search, social, and video.
• Deep, in-the-tool fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or LinkedIn; multiple platforms preferred.
• Tracking and analytics expertise with GTM, GA4, server-side tracking, and CAPI.
• Strong numerical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets; able to use Looker/Tableau or warehouse reads.
• Ability to audit accounts and ship well-instrumented campaigns in week one.
• AI fluency; comfortable using AI tools to generate ad copy and optimize.
• Disciplined in QA, naming, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Build, Optimization & Budget Management across multiple platforms.
• Structure accounts for scale and asset organization.
• Daily optimization to maintain CPA/ROAS and payback.
• Manage monthly spend $250K+ and scale with performance.
• Deploy advanced bidding strategies and know when to override automation.
• Liaise with ad platform reps and secure beta access.
• Own end-to-end event tracking and attribution setups (GTM/GA4).
• Enforce tracking discipline and measurement plans before launches.
• Read dashboards in Looker/Tableau and translate metrics for leadership.
• Run weekly creative testing and brief the Creative team.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Experimentation, Head of Web.
• Run competitor intelligence and stay ahead in the category.
