Job summary

Topstep LLC is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy and optimize campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and social platforms. You will partner with the Director of Growth to test new channels and build structured experimentation to improve CAC, CPL, and ROAS.

You will collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Creative teams to drive measurable growth and scale customer acquisition through data-driven decisions and ecosystem-wide

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Proven multi-channel campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and other platforms.
• Familiarity with Reddit, CTV, and programmatic channels.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Analytics, Product, and Creative teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across key channels.
• Manage budgets across channels and measure CAC, CPL, ROAS.
• Collaborate with analytics to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
• Test new channels and pilots with external partners.
• Design and run structured experiments and holdout tests.
• Translate insights into actionable optimizations across campaigns.
• Lead creative testing and messaging experiments.
• Improve funnel conversion with product and lifecycle teams.
