Job summary

Found is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Channels in Seattle, responsible for owning strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid media. You will work across Google/Bing, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV, Display, Affiliate, and more, with a strong emphasis on testing and data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with creative, product marketing, and data teams to ensure efficient, brand-aligned paid programs, while leading audience strategies and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid channels (Google/Bing, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV/Streaming) across budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels.
• Build, test, and iterate on campaigns with a bias toward testing of creative, audience, bidding, landing pages and offers.
• Lead audience strategy including prospecting, lookalike, retargeting, and suppression logic across platforms.
• Partner with creative, product marketing, and data teams to inform decisions and measure impact.
