Job summary

Silverback Strategies is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager in the United States to serve as a premier paid media expert, developing and managing a portfolio of client campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll build strong client relationships and drive strategy, testing, optimization, and reporting.

You’ll work with Creative, Measurement, SEO, and Client Services teams, mentor 1–2 junior teammates, and help craft media best practices while contributing to the agency’s overall

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-channel paid media campaigns.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, innovation, and performance of multiple client paid media campaigns.
• Own the success of a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts.
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Pioneer testing and deployment of new media channels and tools.
• Collaborate with Creative and Measurement teams to optimize creative and analytics.
