Job summary

Silverback Strategies is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead a portfolio of client campaigns across Search and Social platforms. You will own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting, collaborating with Creative and Analytics teams, and mentoring junior teammates to drive measurable growth for our clients.

This role requires a minimum of 5+ years in paid media, strong client-facing skills, and agency experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Social campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Agency experience is required.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience; comfortable client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, innovation, and performance across multiple client Paid Media strategies.
• Own a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts; manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns aligned with KPIs and goals.
• Lead campaigns on Search and Social platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to optimize performance and reporting.
• Present insightful Paid Media performance reports directly to clients.
• Mentor junior teammates and delegate tasks as appropriate.
