Job summary

Front Row Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead paid social strategy for a dynamic client portfolio across multiple verticals. You will own day-to-day media operations, drive budget optimization, and present insights to clients with clear, actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of paid social experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into strategy. Hybrid/remote US options available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of day-to-day paid social account management, including setup, optimization, and budget control.
• Confident presenting results, projections, and strategy in client-facing settings.
• Deep experience with Meta campaigns and familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat.
• Analytical thinker who asks why and communicates insights clearly.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Open to a test-and-learn approach for creative, audiences, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day paid social for clients across multiple verticals, with hands-on media buying and strategic input.
• Lead weekly strategy calls, translating performance data into actionable next steps.
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth on accounts.
• Collaborate with search, creative, and analytics teams to build blended media plans.
• Run structured creative testing and translate learnings into stronger concepts.
