Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, copy, and creative testing.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, lead client conversations, write direct-response copy, and develop testing strategies to drive qualified appointments and revenue growth. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for performance, relationships, and retention across a dynamic growth phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
