Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, copy, testing, and reporting.

You will guide strategy, write direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, and collaborate with editors to optimize creative testing and funnel performance. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, run bi-weekly calls, deliver performance reports, and translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting retention
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and messaging
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls
• Translate data into actionable recommendations
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Identify risks and opportunities and address them promptly
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events
• Configure Calendly integrations and lead-routing workflows
