Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, messaging, and funnel strategy.

You will lead strategy conversations, write direct-response copy, and guide testing across campaigns to drive qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects. The role is senior and hands-on, reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, with a focus on client relationships, retention, and sustained performance across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes improve results.
