Job summary

Aprés Nail, Inc. is expanding its digital marketing team and seeking a Paid Performance Specialist to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads.

You will drive growth for the brand’s website and TikTok Shop, targeting a $5M 2027 DTC + marketplace plan with tight attribution and reporting standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, testing creatives, ensuring pixel accuracy, and optimizing campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid media for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Hands-on ownership of Google, Meta, TikTok, or Amazon Ads (at least three).
• Experience managing $300K+ annual spend with revenue/margin impact.
• Strong grasp of attribution limits, blended MER, and incrementality testing.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Merchant Center, and pixel/server-side tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon for brand site and TikTok Shop.
• Manage monthly budget and provide weekly reforecasting and performance reporting.
• Optimize campaigns across channels, testing creative and formats to improve ROAS.
• Protect branded search and grow non-brand terms while balancing ACoS/TACoS.
• Coordinate with Sales Director and external partners, maintain tracking standards.
