Job summary

Stepful is seeking a data-driven Senior Manager to own full ownership of key paid channels, based in NYC. The role is a hybrid opportunity working with Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with close collaboration to our in-house production studio and creative team to scale successful campaigns.

You will drive growth by testing, optimizing CAC and ROI, and translating data into compelling narratives that move thousands of students’ lives forward. This role reports to the VP of Growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scaling paid social and paid search at a D2C startup.
• Able to manage $1M+ monthly budgets.
• Proven track record of CAC, ROI, LTV optimization.
• Strong PM skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing external creative agencies.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Lead a continuous testing roadmap and translate results into insights.
• Manage the Search agency and ensure performance goals.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize CAC and ROI.
• Own weekly KPI reporting and share learnings.
• Diagnose performance fluctuations and identify drivers.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing assets.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends.
• Drive new acquisition and full-funnel growth experiments.
