Qualifications

• 5–8 years managing paid media budgets, in‑house or agency side.
• Ownership of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign structures from scratch.
• Experience implementing conversion tracking including GTM, GA4, and platform APIs.
• Experience launching a paid channel from zero with measurement setup.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns, plus Meta campaigns across acquisition and retargeting.
• Own account architecture, naming conventions, and cross‑platform structure across Google Ads MCC and Microsoft Advertising.
• Own keyword strategy, match types, search term mining, and negative keywords.
• Own audience strategy including Customer Match segmentation and lookalike seeding.
• Build and monitor testing roadmap, analyze CPA signals, and decide scale vs kill for channels.
• Own conversion tracking end to end with GTM, platform pixels, GA4, and offline data passing.
• Expand into new channels and AI-native inventory with disciplined testing and clear ROI.
• Budget pacing, forecasting, and regular performance reviews with leadership.
