Job summary

Stepful is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Manager in NYC to own high-velocity paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will lead data-driven experimentation, scale successful campaigns, and collaborate with in-house production and a creative team to maximize CAC/ROI while helping thousands of students.

This hybrid role reports to the VP of Growth and requires 4+ years in scaling paid media at a D2C startup, with a strong eye for analytics, storytelling, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience scaling paid social and paid search at a D2C startup.
• Proven track record of efficient growth (CAC, ROI, LTV) while scaling spend.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and new channels.
• Build and drive a continuous testing roadmap; translate results into insights.
• Manage our Search agency and ensure performance goals.
• Monitor daily performance; optimize toward CAC and ROI; identify growth opportunities.
• Own weekly KPI reporting and share learnings across the team.
• Diagnose performance fluctuations and identify drivers.
• Partner with creative teams and external agencies to produce ads.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry trends.
• Drive new acquisition and full-funnel growth experiments.
